You are talking about which product? And do you have a subscription to HomeGuardian?

Welcome to the official Aqara forum.
There’s no 24/7 cloud recording; Aqara only records to the cloud based on events. Unfortunately, 24/7 recording requires a lot of storage. You can use a NAS server for 24/7 recording.
