I have M2 and M3. I bought a few W600 and they work on the radiators but I am not able to add them to either hub. I regret spending tons of money on this crap and I feel like I have been conned. I am very computer literate and have set up home systems from relialbe brands. WTF.
Hi, welcome to the forum. When you first start the W600, which protocol do you use, Thread or Zigbee?
Please provide more information about the connection process, I had no problems with it. Take a screenshot of the screens.
