I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of a fully integrated smart home, but as someone who loves experimenting with different brands, I’ve often wondered if it’s possible to combine them seamlessly. The Setup
I started with a Hubitat Elevation as my primary hub, which has been a game-changer for me. Its ability to integrate with both Zigbee and Z-Wave devices out of the box was a major plus. I’ve added devices from GoVee, Aqara, and even some IKEA Trådfri bulbs to the mix. The key here was ensuring all devices communicated smoothly through the Hubitat ecosystem.
