After spending countless hours researching alternatives when Comcast announced the shutdown of Stringify, I stumbled upon Hubitat Elevation. At first, I was skeptical about whether it could handle the complexity of my setup, which includes over 40 Stringify flows, several webCoRE apps, and 50 SmartThings devices. But with the unwavering support of the Hubitat community and some incredible developers, I managed to recreate and transfer everything except for my Arlo cameras, which I’m still managing with HubConnect.
The journey wasn’t without its challenges. There were moments when I felt stuck, but the community’s willingness to help and the platform’s flexibility made it all possible. I’m thrilled with how seamless the transition has been, and I can’t express enough gratitude to everyone who contributed to this success. Hubitat has truly raised the bar for home automation, and I’m excited to see what the future holds!
