A100 not powering up

I bought an Aqara A100 door lock from microless Dubai. I have worked on it with a locksmith for the kast 6 hours, it is not powering up.

I do not understand why it is not powering up. Do I need to charge the kit first, I have replaced the battery and I have connected it to a uSB changer.

Can someone help.

If the wire between the front panel and the back panel connected well? Long press the set and reset button for above 30 seconds, see if it works？
