I can’t get my doorbell camera with hub working. I get an account error. It doesn’t recognize my account.

Please provide more information, such as what call, screenshots or video of the error.
G410. I do can connect to the internet (blue light). But it does not show the camera in my interface. It says Account unknown.
Also my old doorbell starts ringing. I’ve connected the new doorbellcamera on the outside at the existing power supply. Inside is an old bell. That starts ringing after a while.
What are the specifications of your power supply, are they definitely compatible with the G410?
