Hello everyone, I’m really excited to share my journey with circadian lighting and see if I can get some tips from the community. I recently set up a lighting system that follows a circadian rhythm, adjusting the color temperature throughout the day to mimic natural light. It’s been a fantastic addition to my home, but I have this one challenge I’d love to solve.
The system works beautifully when I’m at home, gradually shifting from cooler tones in the morning to warmer tones as evening approaches. However, I sometimes leave the house for extended periods, and I’d love for the lights to resume the correct circadian schedule when I return. For example, if I leave at noon and come back at 5 PM, I’d like the lights to reflect the 5 PM sun when I turn them back on. Is this something that can be achieved with the current setup?
I’ve looked into automations and time-based triggers, but I’m not entirely sure how to sync the lighting schedule with my return time. Any advice or experiences you’ve had with similar setups would be invaluable. I’m really impressed with how circadian lighting has improved my daily comfort, and I’m eager to refine it further. Thanks in advance for your insights!
