Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with setting up RGB lights in my home. At first, I was a bit puzzled about how to get both the color and brightness just right. I was using a DIY setup with MQTT, and I kept running into this issue where adjusting the brightness would reset the color to white. It was pretty frustrating, but I’m happy to say I figured it out!
The key was understanding how the RGB and brightness settings interact. I realized that instead of adjusting the brightness separately, I needed to set the color first and then adjust the brightness while keeping the color intact. It took a bit of trial and error, but now my lights look amazing!
