After spending quite some time with my T2 display, I finally cracked the code to achieve a perfect black screen! For those who might have noticed, the T2 tends to show a slight bluish white light instead of turning off completely when displaying black content. Today, I figured out the solution by experimenting with different brightness settings in the DreamView mode. By gradually lowering the brightness, I discovered that setting it to 46 achieves a true black screen. If I go any higher, like 47, the light returns. I even recorded a video example to demonstrate this. In the first video, you can see the brightness set to 47, where the light is visible around the screen. It’s a small tweak, but it makes a huge difference for those who want a truly immersive viewing experience. Happy tweaking everyone!
