Adding Users to enable U400 to access via UWB

Hi All
I have enabled UWB on my iPhone, and it works well.
I am trying to enable my wife’s iPhone (latest 26 software) to use UWB.
I have sent an email to her iCloud email address, but she never receives the request!
Het account is set up so that her passcode and fingerprint works.
Please can someone help?

Hi , unfortunately I don’t have a U400 but did you also tried to invite her over the Aqara app and then enable it?

  • Is she added to your home in Apple Home at all?
  • Or are you saying that is what is failing?
  • Has regular homekey worked?
  • What iphone does she have?
