Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some advice on a frustrating issue I’ve been having with my Aeon Multi Sensor. I recently paired it with my SmartThings hub, and everything was working perfectly—until I decided to remove the device and re-pair it. Now, SmartThings refuses to recognize the sensor, and I’m stuck trying to figure out why. I’ve followed the un-pairing and re-pairing instructions from Aeon to the letter, even going so far as to restart the hub and reinstall the SmartThings app. Nothing seems to work. I’m starting to wonder if there’s a bug in the system or if I’m missing a crucial step in the process. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any tips or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this sensor back up and running without having to send it back for a replacement. Thanks in advance for your help!
