Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the AEON Labs Z-Stick Gen5 USB Controller after updating to Home Assistant OS 6.6. I noticed that my controller started showing an error status for Z-Wave+ in the WebUI for MQTT. Initially, I was a bit puzzled since everything was working fine before the update. I decided to dig into the issue and see if I could resolve it on my own. I tried restarting the controller, checking the firmware version, and even reconfiguring the MQTT integration. Unfortunately, none of these steps seemed to work. I then looked into the logs and found some error messages that pointed towards a communication issue between the controller and the MQTT broker. I reached out to the community for help, and someone suggested checking the Z-Wave network health and ensuring that all devices were properly included. After running a network heal and re-including some devices, the error status disappeared, and everything started working again. It was a bit stressful, but it taught me the importance of regularly maintaining and checking the health of my Z-Wave network. I hope this experience can help someone else who might be facing similar issues. Thanks to everyone in the community for your support and insights!
