I have an Eero router in bridge mode running from a Three mobile router. The camera will not stream to my iPhone when I am away from home via the Apple Home App. Any suggestions please

An Apple TV, HomePod or HomePod mini is required in order to do that. Those devices act as a home hub and border router for remote access.
