Hello everyone, I’m facing a bit of a puzzle with my Alexa devices. I have four of them set up around my home, but they’re having trouble connecting to BBC Sounds and iHeartRadio stations. Whenever I try to play these services, Alexa just says it can’t do that. I’m hoping someone here might have some insight or a workaround for this issue.
I’ve checked the settings multiple times, and everything seems up to date. I’ve also tried resetting the devices and ensuring all software updates are installed. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. It’s a bit frustrating because I rely on these services for background music and news throughout the day.
