Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with my Alexa app, and I’m hoping someone here can offer some insights or solutions. When I navigate to the Music & More section and try to play music using the Play On option, the app freezes about 30% of the time. It’s quite frustrating because the only way to resolve this is by force-stopping the app. After doing so, the app works perfectly when I return to the same menu, but the freezing issue keeps resurfacing. I’ve tried restarting my device, updating the app, and even clearing its cache, but nothing seems to fix the problem permanently.
