I have connected many 3rd party devices to Aqara home since I found that the Aqara hub runs automations faster than Apple home, but a few days after connecting I found that the app said they were all offline so I tried connecting them to other platforms to find they do work.

Which aqara hub did you use and what devices are you talking about?
I am using a Aqara M100 hub and i am using 3rd party matter devices under 3rd party matter hubs, I fixed it now, turns out i just needed to reset them and reconnect them.

Great, I’m glad you found a solution. 
If you’re using Home Assistant Matter Hub or Matter, this can sometimes happen and you may need to restart either the Add-on or the Aqara Matter Leader to bring the devices back online.

Yep, it was HA madder, using the matter bridge integration, and I did restart the Addon, still not working, so I removed and recommissioned the matter devices.
