Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:

It also happens sometimes on my phone.
In some menus, the Android navigation buttons at the bottom disappear. It might be related to the background color used in the Aqara app, but occasionally the buttons are hard to see or seem completely hidden.

What is the brand and version of the phone?
Pixel 10 pro, no night mode. Android 16 latest.

Hi, Mandy, watch the video, everything is clear there. At the bottom there is Android navigation (forward, back, home), it disappears at some points when working in the APP.
