Aqara a100 smart door lock

hi all, i have installed the a100 smart door lock. i can add the accessory to the app successfully but as soon as i add a user, the alarm starts beeping continuously. i have had to take the batteries out. i have reset the lock and tried on different phones, it is always when im about the finish adding a user, the alarm goes off. i cant even turn the alarm off or get a notification on what the alarm is for on the app.

please help

Hello, welcome to the Aqara Forum! This issue may occur if the anti-pry switch on the front door lock is not pressed against the door surface. This can happen if the door surface is uneven or if the front and rear panel screws are not properly tightened. If the lock still exhibits these problems after being correctly installed, please contact our customer service for after-sales support. Please contact support@aqara.com.

I am having the same problem - the temper alarm sets off after replacing the battery. This is annoying as there was no problem before the battery change. Can Aqara disable the tamper alarm via an update to the firmware please? Otherwise beware of this - the alarm goes off and the lock is un-usable.
