Hi All,
I have an M3 hub with multiple Switch H2 EU. When I add and configure Aqara Skill, nothing is added to Alexa.
I tried adding the hub directly to Alexa via Matter, but it seems they are too far, and the devices are often unavailable.
Do you know why the skill doesn’t work?
Tried already disabling it and adding the skill again, but doesn’t work

@dario_ivone Hi there! Let’s try to figure out why the Aqara Skill isn’t adding your devices to Alexa.
First, make sure you’re following the correct setup steps for Alexa integration: in the Aqara Home app, go to Profile > Smart Speaker Service > Amazon Alexa and follow the instructions there . This is the standard way to link Aqara devices to Alexa.
Also, since you’re using an M3 hub, ensure it’s updated to the latest firmware and connected to the same local network as your phone . Sometimes outdated firmware or network mismatches can cause integration issues.
If you’ve already tried re-adding the skill and the steps above, it might help to check if your Switch H2 EU devices are compatible with Alexa (though most Aqara devices work, it’s worth confirming). If the problem persists, reaching out to Aqara Customer Service through the app (Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service) could provide more tailored support.
Hope this helps—let us know if you get it sorted!
