Aqara app, camera

Hello, I have two Aqara G5 cameras powered via PoE, one G4 doorbell, and one E1 camera. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi network as the cameras, the Aqara app reports a network error. However, if I connect via mobile data, everything works fine.
I’ve also tried a cluster hub setup and wired LAN connection, but that didn’t help. I’m using a mesh network with three TP-Link Deco S7 units. Everything in the Apple HomeKit app is working properly.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and stabilize the connection in the Aqara app?

If the Aqara app works on mobile data but not on local Wi-Fi, it’s often due to AP/client isolation or devices being on different subnets in your TP-Link Deco mesh. Make sure isolation is disabled, your phone and cameras are on the same main SSID. Also check that “Mesh Technology” is disabled for the camera’s Deco node.
