Hello, has anyone had any problems installing the Aqara Beta app? I get a message during installation that it conflicts with an already installed app. Can anyone help me?

You need to delete the original / official app before you can install the beta version.

Does this mean that all devices need to be installed again? And all scenarios need to be redone?

No! Your devices, automations and everything else is stopped in the cloud on the server. After installing the beta version you only need to log in with your credential and everything will be back.
