Hi everyone! I’ve got Aqara cams on my property, and I set up motion detection zones since not all areas in view are mine. The issue is, even after setting zones only on my property, I still get notified about distant sidewalk walkers outside my zone. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips to fine-tune the setup so I only get alerts when someone steps onto my actual property area? Thanks!

@ter198 You seem to be experiencing an issue with motion detection zones not filtering properly, leading to notifications from outside the set zones. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
