Hi and good morning @lkjfv2327
That sounds really odd, but never heard something like that! How old is the E1 ? Would reach out the support or the supplier you bought it! I would ask urgent for a replacement

I would recommend SD cards labeled High Endurance or Max Endurance, as these are specifically designed for continuous (24/7) recording. Standard SD cards aren’t really built to handle constant data writing.

Silly question: Did you test the cards in another device before and after, and did they work before but not after being used in the E1 camera?

As DEChrisE suggested, you should contact Support if you haven’t already.

Yes I tested. For others devices that’s no any problem. Before inside to E1, I had insert to pc and format it as well which is work probably, but after insert in to E1, after 1 day, the sd card is spoilt.

No, didn’t contact support

Have you tried formatting the SD card using the Aqara Home app?

Will the cards work again if you wait for them to cool down?

After format.

Once take out from E1 the sd card temperature is high

That doesn’t sound good at all. You should definitely contact support.
I hope the cards will work again once they have cooled down. At least that’s what happens with one of my USB sticks—it always gets too hot and then works again a day later.

Haiz… Most of the sd card is spoilt
Even chkdsk or format is totally can’t detect…

Give DiskPart or Disk Management a try beforehand; they work at a deeper level than the standard format and chkdsk commands.
