Reason my Aqara camera G3 has stopped tracking people. The camera just stays on one
Place which really stinks and defeats the purpose. I have tried restarting and that did nothing. Was hoping someone may have experienced this and could help me out.
Hello, welcome to the forum. Try setting the tracking period to three minutes. This parameter is in the human (animal, event…) tracking section. This is for those who don’t have enough subscriptions.
That worked with some caveats. Not sure why this has been hidden. So what i noticed was I had to put an actual time in for tracking. It was set to track from 00:00 - 00:00 I had to change it to 00:00-23:59
