Aqara devices and thread/matter network always goes down at night time?

Hey aqara friends,

I was wondering if anyone experiences there aqara devices and there thread/matter network always going down around night time. For me it can be anywhere from 6 pm all the way to 7 am mountain time US and sometimes it will last 2-10 hours long. And it happens at least once a week, almost every week. And it’s not my network because everything else works fine on my network and nothing else gives any weird problems like this problem. And like I said it’s a common occurrence at least once a week. And I do not know why it happens. To make sure it wasn’t my network I tried a different router that I have and the same thing happens on there, so I know for sure it’s not my network.

Hello, your Aqara devices with WIFI connection do not see the network. Look for this problem. Blinking white means the connection to WIFI is broken.
Alternatively, your WiFi may be periodically blocked by radio interference.

Are you sure that the Internet provider does not block it periodically?

Do you have an ad blocker on your router like AdGuard or Pi-hole? @sendox427

It could be that the power to your Aqara isn’t adequate. When your camera switches to night mode it uses more power. Mine had the exact same issue until I replaced the transformer that powers the doorbell to one with higher watt output.

Did you check router settings to no have set some night mode option to restart the router or to shut it off till some hour in the morning?because many routers have this option to restart or shut down the router in the night time
