I have the M3 and the update went smoothly for me.
No problems here!
Welcome to the forum, @aroneneef
I mentioned the M3 Hub as an example but it also applied to my M1S. All the Water Leak Sensors assigned to that Hub were moved from their original install room location back to the same room assigned to the M1S Hub.
Same for any Aqara devices connected to the Aqara Thermostat.
The M3 hub was loaded up with devices, the M1S Hub was loaded up with devices and the Aqara Thermostat was loaded up with devices.
All those devices had to be moved back to their real assigned locations.
All my Outdoor cameras were also moved indoors to the server room where the M3 is assigned. That also means all the exposed camera sensors were moved also.
I was trying to keep the original post short and to the point.
So, I just checked my Aqara leak sensors. And the two that were connected to my M3 were indeed moved to the closet where I have the M3! Thanks, @srl77411
I would not have noticed this without you mentioning them.
Wow! There is nothing worse when something unexpected creates a mess like that. Sorry to hear it. When I encounter something similar I have to walk away and come back to it with a relaxed and less frustrated feeling. Best of luck sorting it.
Sneaky how things get moved and itβs not always noticed because of how Apple Home shows those type of devices at the top of each room page and not as a Card like Lights or Fans etc
I have also No Problems
Yes! Exactly.
