Had to change batteries, tempering alert disabled but still got tempering alarm.
Alarm could be removed by reset both devices and removing the from Aqara app and HomeKit.
Now reconnection does not work.
2.4 Wireless, app new, firmware was on lasted version before this.

You may have tried already but try changing battery brands. I find mine simply doesn’t work properly with certain batteries. Had big issues with Duracell optium, and other high end batteries, yet basic Amazon, midrange seem ok, you’re experience may vary.
