Tried multiple time resetting and readding the doorbell to my homekit and aqara, after adding, it works for the first few hours. After that I’m permanently facing network connection failed.
I’m using AA rechargeable lithium ion battery
Anyone having the same issue?

How far is the doorbell away from the indoor chime? Check the connection please

Chime is at most 1m away from doorbell, router is literally just beside chime
I had the same problem. Unplug it from the chime for like 5 mins and it should come back. I’ve emailed support also
