I’ve installed my G400 doorbell but found that it tends to crash quite often?
I’ve installed with the correct powered transformer and hardwired in.
It performs well, but every so often, it stops working completely.
The ring flashes blue and the nothing responds.
Once rebooted it’s happy again until the next crash.
It’s very close to the chime, so not a distance issue.
I wasn’t sure if maybe my Christmas lights outside were causing it to go from night mode to day mode too often and causing it to crash maybe?
It seems to be every few weeks I need to reboot it to get it back.
I’ve missed some recordings and door bell events due to it unknowingly crashing.
Resetting is a pain as it’s hard wired, so needs me to reset my ring at the fuse board.
