Aqara Doorbell G410 - Is simultaneous ringing on Chime, Mobile, and Google Nest Hub possible with the G410?

I just acquired the Aqara Doorbell G410 and before I finalize my installation and configuration, I wanted to ask the community about its multi-ecosystem capabilities based on your real-world experience.

My Goal: I want to achieve a simultaneous alert system across three different layers when the doorbell is pressed. Is it possible to have all of these ring/notify at the exact same time?

The Physical Chime: (Standard behavior).

Mobile Phones: Push notifications on my smartphone (via Aqara app or HomeKit).

Smart Displays: Specifically on a Google Nest Hub Gen2.

My specific questions for G410 owners:

Does the G410 natively support “Visitor Announcements” on Google Nest Hub speakers?

If so, does the video feed appear automatically on the Google Nest Hub screen when the button is pressed, or does it only announce via voice?

Is there a significant delay/lag between the physical chime ringing and the Google Nest Hub alerting?

I am looking to confirm if this setup works reliably out-of-the-box or if I need to set up specific automations (IFTTT / Home Assistant / Alexa routines) to make the Google Nest Hub integration seamless.
