this doorbell is getting me crazy, it works a time then it stops and i cant it getting work again

Hi friend - How long have you had it, and when did the problems start? When you installed your G4, did you replace another video doorbell or your traditional doorbell? It sounds like your G4 might not be getting enough consistent power from the transformer. You should double check your transformer’s voltage and make sure you have a clean connection on the terminals.
If that doesn’t work, you can probably engage Aqara support.
I descibed the problem i did what you want , i give you permission to login my account and still it does not work. This aqara g4 is a problem doorbell.
Do you mean you worked with Aqara support on this? We are just forum participants like you. It sounds like you did work with Aqara support but they weren’t able to help you.
