Tengo un sensor de presencia Aqara FP300 y lo adopte en la aplicacion por Zigbee, al terminar todo funciona perfectamente pero anteriormente al adoptar un dispositivo Aqara como por ejemplo sensor de movimiento, sensor de contacto, automaticamente Alexa lo detecta pero con este dispositivo de presencia FP300 no lo detecta.
¿Alguien tiene el mismo problema con Alexa que no reconoce el dispositivo Aqara FP300?

Por medio de Matter se enlaza a Alexa pero el dispositivo de presencia no aparece para realizar la automatizacion, solo aparece los demas, humedad, temperatura, movimiento, luminosidad.
Tengo que esperar que me llegue el M3 para ver si se soluciona el problema, con el M2 no se puede.

Comprendo pero ese sensor Aqara FP300 tiene cinco (5) sensores que son los siguientes: movimiento, presencia, humedad, temperatura, luminosidad y solo aparece cuatro (4) en realidad tres (3) porque el de temperatura no lo detecta bien porque dice que lo vuelva a sincronizar, mi conclusion es que este sensor Aqara FP300 no funciona bien en Alexa porque no lo detecta automaticamente como los otros sensores de Aqara normal cuando lo vinculo a la red y a la aplicacion.
Alexa does not have a separate standard device type for Presence Sensor, and oly MotionSensor is defined and supported by Alexa corresponding to the Matter Occupancy Sensing cluster.
FP300 as a Millimeter-wave presence sensor(with motion sensing) can only be mapped as MotionSensor in Alexa. So it is okay as you see four sensors there.
As for the abnormal temperature sensor synchronization, it is determined to be a Matter data synchronization issue during bridging. We recommend upgrading the firmware of your M2/M3 hub to see if it resolves the problem.
It is also worth noting that the M2 is not a Matter controller and cannot directly connect to third‑party platforms via Matter.
