Aqara FP300, always Presence

I recently purchased the Aqara FP300 sensor, but from the very first day of use, I noticed a major issue. The device constantly remains in “Presence” mode, even when no one is in the room. In fact, it can stay in this state for 10 hours or more without any actual presence detected.

Is this really the level of performance we are expected to accept from such devices? Is this the quality we are paying for?

I have always trusted Aqara as a brand known for delivering high-quality and reliable products. However, this is now the second Thread-enabled sensor I’ve purchased that is experiencing the same issue. This is quite disappointing and raises serious concerns about product reliability.

At this point, I would like to know what solution you can offer. How can this issue be resolved?

I look forward to your response.

Do you have any fans, ultrasound humidifiers, AC or ovens in the room? Or is the FP300 mounted really close to a window or a radiator?
