Aqara FP300 no longer detects presence in Zigbee2MQTT

Hi everyone,

I have an Aqara FP300 connected to Home Assistant through Zigbee2MQTT. It worked correctly until yesterday, but it has now stopped detecting presence.

The sensor is still visible and connected in Zigbee2MQTT, but the presence status no longer changes when someone enters or moves around the room.

I would prefer not to reset or remove the FP300 from Zigbee2MQTT, because I want to preserve the current pairing, settings and automations.

Is there a way to restart or reactivate the sensor without performing a factory reset?

Can I safely remove the batteries for a short time without losing the existing pairing? Is there perhaps a button sequence or another method to restart the presence detection?

I would also like to know which values I should check in Zigbee2MQTT to determine whether only the presence detection is stuck or the entire sensor has stopped reporting.

Any troubleshooting suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
