Aqara G100 don't work with China continental server in Europe

Cam Aqara G100 can’t connect to China continental server.
QR code not OK, manual input code not OK.
Update done, with Europe server ok, not usable for me.

Aqara/Lumi can use market segmentation but the customer need to be informed.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Pls, help.

If your camera is EU version then it will not work in Mainland China region. Please select EU region. If you need to use Mainland China you need camera for this region G100 CN version.

Hi, Aqara/Lumi can use market segmentation but the customer need to be informed. I can’t switch to the EU server because the vast majority of my accessories are CN versions :disappointed:
