Aqara G100 offline

Hello,
I have a problem with the G100. It ran absolutely without any issues for about 5 days, but now it goes offline almost every day. The WiFi is okay, and the power source has been replaced. Is there any new firmware update coming?

Please try to follow the steps below non by one, see if the issue persists

Please change the USB cable and adapter
Disable the Face detection function
Disable the cloud video recording function
