Used original cord and power supply. Tried recovering rebooting adding back. No power. I’ve been reading a lot this afternoon in addition to receiving help from you guys and it seems to me that this is not unusual. Is that your take as well? I’ve got other Aqara products that I’m very satisfied with but not this one.

Friend, please take a video of the camera starting from power on for me to determine if it is a hardware issue.
