Aqara G400 doorbell not connecting to Apple HomeKit

Hi, I’m new here. Sorry if this topic had been discussed but I can’t find it. Anyway, just hooked up the new Aqara G400 doorbell and easily connected to Aqara app. However, I was unable to connect to Apple HomeKit. I also have the new U400 smart lock and connected to Apple HomeKit. I had try to restart the router, power down the router and power down the doorbell but still unable to connect the doorbell to the Apple HomeKit. Any help would be appreciated.

When you try to add it to Apple Home, what error message do you see?

Also, what Apple Home hub do you use? Have you tried restarting that as well?

Also, I’d recommend joining it to Apple Home with it inside the house closer to the Apple Home to rule out the distance being an issue.
