Aqara G400 Removal

I am trying to remove the doorbell from the base. There is supposed to be holding screw, but I can’t find it. How can I remove the darn thing?

Hello, there is a paper clip included (like the one used to change the SIM card in a phone). Press on top and the G400 will come off.

This model does not have a removal screw; that feature is found on the Aqara G4 and Aqara G410 models. To remove the doorbell—as others have already mentioned—you need a paperclip; simply press it into the hole at the top of the unit, and it will detach from the mounting plate.
