Hi, I have the Aqara G410 and I wondered if it’s possible that when someone presses the doorbell I would get a call on my phone (like someone would call me with a normal phone) instead of only a notification? I’m not very keen on my notifications, so this way I could miss important guest at the door.
My previous doorbell (a simple Elro doorcam bell) rang on my phone like it was a caller, so I know it is technically possible.
Maybe this is already possible on an iPhone via Homekit, but I have a Samsung connected via SmartThings.
Other suggestion for Aqara: the shortcut for the doorcam on the homescreen of the phone isn’t very nice and because it’s a shortcut button and not the app itself to get directly in your camera feed I can’t change the Icon via an third party app. Also matter support on this device is still very poor, get the feeling it’s specially made for Apple users only. It’s a little bit disappointing.
Just received the Smartlock U400 so can use it in combination with the G410 Doorbell cam. However, the useful shortcut app for homescreen that the G410 provides seem to missing for the Doorlock. I would rather use such, cause the Doorlock integrates door doorcam in his own section and the doorbell shortcut would be useless by opening it to go from there back to the Doorlock section.
So kind request for putting a Doorlock shortcut for homescreen by the next update
