Hi,

I have a hardwired G410 with an SD card installed under continuous recording.

May I know if the integrated events work without the cloud subscription?

Because I would like to enable “Lingering detection” under Integrated events so that it shows up under the “Event Highlights” section - but I do not have cloud subscription - will it still works?

Hello, welcome to the forum. All events marked with this icon require cloud storage (subscription). All others work only with a limited storage time in the cloud. The local storage time depends on the memory card filling (Cyclic, event). Screenshot from G400.

Hi thanks! These 2 doesn’t have the green icon - so it will work without the HomeGuardian sub?

Please note, the recording memory is 24 hours.

My G400 doesn’t show related events without a subscription😢

Got it, meaning the event highlights section will only show the most recent 24 hours. Anything before will have to view via playback? Thank you!

You have tied events (on the screen), check if you may have a subscription activated for a certain period of time as a bonus when purchasing.

Yes, I currently have the Home Guardian Free Trial that will end next month. I have no plans to subscribe to that.

But I do need the integrated events (As per my previous screenshots), because I review the footage for deliveries etc, via the events highlight. So was wondering if the integrated events & events highlight works without the free trial?

If I don’t turn on integrated events, nothing shows up on my events highlight :frowning:

Yes, unfortunately you won’t see related events without a subscription

Maybe try doing this with automation 2.0?

Oh so both integrated events and events highlights doesn’t work without the home guardian sub… oh, that was misleading…

I need to see the list of videos that trigger the lingering detection or doorbell ringing. Thought that should be a default feature that comes free though… :frowning:

So you guys use the playback feature to check the doorbell ringing footage? Just wondering.

Thanks!

Are you talking about this feature?

No, it’s this one…

Enabled these 2 inside integrated events

and then these short snippets of the recording will show up in the events history:

You can watch related podcasts from local storage, where they are marked as unsubscribed. That’s how I see it.
