I have been using the G5 Pro POE for a month now, and it has been great. However, in HomeKit, there’s only a motion sensor, not multiple sensors to detect a person, a package, or a pet (like in the Aqara app). Do you know when this feature will be available in HomeKit?

@rincon_carlos You seem to be experiencing an issue with the G5 Pro POE not having multiple detection features (person, package, pet) in HomeKit as it does in the Aqara app. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:

In the Aqara Home app:
Change to Accessories:
WARNING: The “Child Devices” marked in blue here are forwarded to Apple Home simultaneously via the HomKit and Matter connection, which means that all “Child Devices” of the G5 Pro are displayed twice in Apple Home!
Change to the Appel Home App:
