I originally had this 1 channel 2 button switch set up in my home, and then there was a need to update the firmware. Since that point, I have not been able to get access to the 2nd switch to set it up for wireless control of another light.

Door is the Switch1 / Tried to set Switch2 to a stairs automation as I had before, but to no avail.
I am uncertain as to what switch settings you are interested in seeing.
Hi, were you working in Zigbee mode before the update?
If so, then switch back to Zigbee, now you have Thread connected.
Actually I was in thread mode before update.
I switched to zigbee to see if that would work instead, but to no avail. I have an M3 hub so Thread should not be a problem, unless the updates created an issue
No, it doesn’t affect. I recommend you contact support, it might be an update error.
My Dimmer is working fine. At least for the time being. Just this switch is malfunctioning.
I provided a screenshot of the dimmer so you could tell if the same (similar) settings were in your switch before.
By the way, have you looked into automation, maybe there is a push button by default. I have one, although I didn’t switch to a contactless button (I’m talking about my dimmer)
I appreciate your effort, but this is not relevant. I already had it set up in automation and now the switch2 wireless is not even visible for me to reconnect it to automations
That IS the problem I am trying to solve.
