Has anyone used the Aqara M3 hub as a hub for their alarm system in HK?

If so what components do you guys use for doors, windows?

Yeap, I use combination of Aqara Door Sensor P2 + Aqara E1 indoor Camera and Philips Hue motion sensor. Works pretty well, in addition to that you can set up automations in HomeKit allowing you to use HomePods and lights when alarm has been triggered.

I haven’t tried to make them flesh, but to turn them on and play sound on HomePod, and yes, it’s possible if you create a scene with lights and HomePod audio and then fire the scene once alarm triggers.
