The software update is waiting all the time after start. Cancel and start again doesn’t work - still the same. How to solve this problem?
Hello @aleksander_wieczorek
Firmware Update Failure via Wi-Fi:
The inability to update device firmware over Wi-Fi may relate to router firewall settings or DNS configurations. Try modifying these settings to resolve the issue.
@aleksander_wieczorek The inability to update device firmware via Wi-Fi may be related to router firewall settings or DNS configurations. Please try modifying these settings to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can power off the original Wi-Fi router, then create a Wi-Fi AP hotspot with the same SSID name and password using your phone. Connect the Hub to this hotspot, ensure normal remote device control functionality is restored, and then attempt the firmware update (i.e., switch to using the mobile hotspot for firmware download and installation). If this method works, it suggests the problem is attributable to the original router’s network configuration.
Thank you all for feedback. Next day the update was done w/o any problems.
Now I am have problem with migration from M2 to M3. No idea how to solve. Error at the beginning of migration. Could it be also something with the connection? M2 is on LAN and M3 thru WiFi.
Thanks in advance!
