Hi everyone, since one hour my Hub M3 and all my Aqara Camera G3 and G100 are flashing blue. Is Aqara down?
I’m seeing the same issues in the UK. Started at 20:15 BST.

Same here. My M3 was last online at 21:14 Germany time. Restarting doesn’t help. Packet sniffer shows its communicating with some server in the internet, but using look into what that server actually was.

The good part is that the devices are available in HomeKit app and not in the Aqara app due to HomeKit architecture.
Same thing in Belgium, still working via Apple Home app. Went offline at 21.14h, seem to be a general problem.

Camera’s connected in HomeKit working fine. Has to be at Aqara…
@AqaraOfficial A lot of people are repporting the same issues on Redit, Slack and Facebook.

Same here (Belgium) since around 21:45 message that my hub is down, now it is blinking blue. Tried to do longpress 10s and add it in the app, but get “account pairing issue”. OMG.

M2 , E1 is online
Looks like there’s an issue specifically with Aqara - all my cameras are online in Deco & HomeKit but showing offline in the Aqara App.

Child devices relying on my G5 Camera are also offline in Aqara but not HomeKit (2 x smoke alarms and 7 x door/window sensors)
