Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates and tips regarding the Aqara LED Strip T1 driver and its integration into my smart home setup. First off, I came across the release of the Aqara LED Strip T1 driver, which boasts 16 million colors, tunable whites, and Matter and Zigbee compatibility. This has been a game-changer for my home automation projects, offering flexibility and seamless integration with other devices. I’ve been using it in conjunction with my existing setup, and the results have been nothing short of impressive.
However, I did encounter a few challenges along the way. One of the hurdles was integrating my Gogogate2 with the SmartThings hub. I explored various forums and found that writing a custom device handler and SmartApp might be the solution. While I haven’t fully implemented this yet, it’s on my list of projects to tackle in the near future. If anyone has successfully done this, I’d love to hear about your experience!
Another topic I wanted to touch on is the use of Lutron Caseta switches. I’ve noticed that some of my LED lights don’t respond as smoothly as others, particularly when compared to my Hue bulbs. Any recommendations or tips on achieving consistent and responsive lighting would be greatly appreciated!
