Has anyone else has problems with the the pet food jamming the device when dispensing? I frequently come home to a red error light indicating a jam and have to manually fish out the stuck food in order for it to work again. Any ideas on how to solution?
I have the same issue, this is typically caused by using food pieces that are too big for the channel. So orher than changing your kibble (I know this is usually not an option) I was not able to find a satisfactory stable fix.
