Hello, my S1E cannot connect. I have both the M3 and HomePod mini, but it cannot connect to either Aqara Home or Apple HomeKit. Also, the packaging box was misplaced by the renovation worker. anyone solved this? Could you teach me please? Thank you

Please try to change to another Wifi to connect the S1E, see if it works

Try it, but it still doesn’t work. Even when I use my phone hotspot, it doesn’t connect.

Please try to use an android phone to connect it, see if it is the system issue

Is this the first time you are attempting to add the S1E to HomeKit? If yes, try using android phone to add it to the Aqara Home app before binding it to HomeKit using your iPhone. If No, please make sure the accessory was successfully deleted from your HomeKit before attempting to add it again.
