AQARA Smart Lock U200 Kit

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to ask for your help with my Aqara devices.

After a recent power outage, my entire smart home setup got disconnected and stopped working correctly.
To fix it, I deleted all rooms and accessories from my Apple Home, and then started rebuilding everything from scratch.

Most of my Aqara devices (sockets, lights, etc.) could be added again without problems.
However, my Aqara Smart Lock U200 and Aqara Doorbell are not responding to reset anymore.
When I press the reset button, nothing happens – no sound, no light, no reaction.
It seems that both devices are still linked to my old Aqara Home, which was already deleted and no longer exists.

The lock still works mechanically and can be used normally, but I cannot add it to my new Aqara Home account.
I would be very grateful if you could help me remove these two devices from my Aqara Cloud account,
so I can pair them again in the new home.

@jirka_holubb Hello Jiří, sorry to hear about the trouble with your devices! Let’s try to address the Smart Lock U200 first. According to the reset guidelines, for Aqara Home users, the correct reset process is: press and hold the Lock and Confirm buttons on the keypad simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter Reset Mode, then verify with the admin password or fingerprint. If correct, the lock will clear data and restore factory settings . Since the lock still works mechanically, you might want to try this method again—ensure you’re pressing both buttons properly and have the admin password/fingerprint ready.

For safety reasons, resetting the lock requires admin permissions, and it can’t be done remotely . If the old account is deleted and you can’t verify via the app, this might complicate things.

As for the Aqara Doorbell, we don’t have specific reset details in the available references. Since both devices seem to be linked to a deleted account and you need to remove them from the cloud, the best approach is to reach out to customer service for further assistance.
